On our way to Tortuguera

From Cartago we took an old converted passenger train, that used to haul lemons and bananas to the coast, to get to Purto Limon and from there we then transfered to a small bus that took us to a jungle river that took us to our destination.

At our first stop Paul and I tranfered to the caboose.

We were lucky, they say usually clouds obscure trestle and the engineer plunges accros in blind faith
